Big Bang’s Daesung will debut in Japan using rock-ballad genre.
Daesung will release his solo debut album “D’scover” on February
27th. The title song will be Saito Kazuyoshi’s song that was released in 1997,

during that time. In Japan, it’s a song that has been a re-make for several
times, including remake by Mr. Childen’s vocalist ,Sakurai Kazutoshi, who

was originally in folk-style become rock-ballad style. He also added
sad/sorrowful feeling to it.
In South Korea, Daesung debuted with delightful image through
“Look at Me, Gwi Soon”, “Daebakiya”, etc. while in Japan, Daesung is going to
show the new him through sad rock-ballad. This album is an album that is going
to be released in form of J-Pop remake songs. In addition, including his solo
songs in Big Bang’s album, like “Wings” and “Baby Don’t Cry”, there will be a
total of 12 songs in the album.
Meanwhile, Daesung will be having his solo concert at Kobe World
Memorial Hall on March 23 & 24 and at Budokan, Tokyo on March 30 & 31.
